“Heydar Aliyev Cup” football tournament has come to an end in Nakhchivan.

The tournament, which involved Araz-Nakhchivan, Mil-Mughan, Central Sports Club of Army and Zagatala teams, marked the 94th anniversary of the birth of national leader Heydar Aliyev.

The last game of the tournament saw Central Sports Club of Army beat Araz-Nakhchivan 1-0.

Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov watched the final game.

Central Sports Club of Army claimed the title of champions of the tournament. Mil-Mughan finished second, while Araz-Nakhchivan ranked third.

Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov presented gold medals and the cup to Central Sports Club of Army.
