On November 16th Azerbaijan and UNEP explored ways of further developing cooperation as Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Founder and Director of the International Dialogue for Environmental Action (IDEA) global initiative Leyla Aliyeva met Acting Director, UNEP Regional Office for Europe Jan Dusik. 
The meeting was held on the sidelines of "Green Week" international project, implemented by IDEA in collaboration with UNEP.
They stressed importance of the project and discussed the issues of further development of the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and UNEP, and joint implementation of several programs and projects on environmental protection in the future.
