The IDEA international campaign (International Dialogue for Environmental Action) founded by Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva, on July 12 2011, launched the International Photography Contest- "Children`s Eyes on Earth". 
The photography contest was presented to the participants of the US young leaders program in the American Council for international education.
The American teenagers from about 25 states were informed about history of establishment and goals of IDEA. They displayed interest to the IDEA campaign and expressed their readiness to participate in the International Photography Contest- "Children`s Eyes on Earth".
