The delegation Azerbaijan led by Minister for Emergency Situations, colonel-general Kamaladdin Heydarov has paid an official visit to Qatar.
The visit aims to further develop cooperation in emergency management between the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Qatar.
The Azeri delegation, as part of the visit, has met with Deputy Amir and Heir apparent of the State of Qatar Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani and Minister of State for Internal Affairs Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani.
The sides discussed experience exchange in emergency response.
During the visit, the Azeri delegation is also expected to get familiar with the activities of civil defence of Qatar and other relevant bodies.
