Presentation of the Ukrainian version of the book entitled "Ilham Aliyev: Portrait of President of Azerbaijan" by member of Azerbaijani parliament Huseynbala Miralamov was held here. 
The event was attended by Azerbaijan`s parliamentary delegation including Eldar Ibrahimov, Elmira Akhundova, Rufat Guliyev and Igbal Mammadov as well as diplomats, Ukrainian scientific and cultural figures.
The presentation of the book was held as part of a "roundtable meeting" on the theme "Ukraine-Azerbaijan relations: modern view", took place in the National Academy of Public Administration under the Office of the President of Ukraine (NAPA). The event was co-organized by Azerbaijan`s Embassy in Ukraine and NAPA. Yuriy Kovbasyuk, NAPA President hailed the translation of the book into Ukrainian language.
Speaking in the event, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Ukraine Eynulla Madatli highlighted historical friendship between Azerbaijan and Ukraine. He spoke of the two countries` common positions on regional and international issues. The diplomat praised Ukraine`s supporting Azerbaijan`s territorial integrity on the Nagorno-Karabakh problem. The Ambassador underlined Azerbaijan and Ukraine enjoy strategic partnership relations.
Members of Ukrainian parliament Eduard Zeynalov, Oksana Bilozir and other speakers hailed the achievements made in Azerbaijan under the leadership of President Ilham Aliyev.
