On November 23rd participants of the Ministerial Conference dedicated to the 10th jubilee of the Central Asian Economic Cooperation Programme (CAREC) visited the Alley of Honors to lay a wreath at the tomb of architect and founder of Azerbaijani state, national leader Heydar Aliyev. 
They put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
The guests visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity.
They also laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.
