A citizen of Turkey has sent a letter of gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev after the Azerbaijani government provided an immediate assistance to Turkey in tackling the consequences of a recent fatal quake in Van.
In his letter, Mehmet Emin Asur, a pharmacist, said the people and government of Turkey were deeply grateful to the Azerbaijani leader`s "immediate assistance and attention".
"The people of Turkey express their deepest gratitude to Azerbaijan`s rescue teams who with dignity fulfilled their President`s instructions to help the brotherly country."
The Turkish citizen also touched upon the launch of Star refinery in Turkey with participation of the Azerbaijani President and the Turkish Premier.
