"The cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia is developing positively in all fields", head of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergey Naryshkin said at the International Humanitarian Forum in Baku.
S. Naryshkin stressed that cooperation between the two countries includes political, economic and humanitarian spheres.
Head of the Presidential Administration said: "We highly assess development of the relations between our countries. As it concerns the cooperation in economical sphere, this year we will restore trade turnover which was before the global financial crisis".
At his words, Azerbaijan and Russia implement numerous projects in the humanitarian sphere.
