The 14th meeting of the Council of heads of CIS state news agencies as part of the Baku International Humanitarian Forum will be held in Kempinski Hotel on Monday.
The meeting will bring together heads and representatives of news agencies of Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russia, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
The agenda of the meeting features report on the CIS Information Council`s activity in the 20th jubilee of the commonwealth, joint photo exhibition dedicated to the 20th anniversary of CIS, development plans of CIS`s internet portal and ongoing projects of the CIS Information Council.
The meeting also will discuss the competition on preservation of the tangible and intangible cultural monuments of historical-cultural heritage among CIS member-countries` journalists within the framework of events plan in sphere of humanitarian cooperation for 2011 - 2012 years.
Participants will define the place and time of the 15th meeting of the Council of heads of CIS state news agencies
