Participants of the 37th meeting of the PABSEC Cultural, Educational and Social Affairs Committee visited the Alley of Honors to lay a wreath at the tomb of architect and founder of Azerbaijani state, national leader Heydar Aliyev.
He put flowers at the grave of prominent ophthalmologist, academician Zarifa Aliyeva.
The participants then visited the Alley of Martyrs to commemorate Azerbaijani heroes who gave their lives for the country`s independence and territorial integrity. They also put flowers at the grave of heroes.
They also laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame monument.
They viewed the city's panoramic view from the highest point of the city. The delegation was informed on the construction work held in Baku.
