First Lady of Azerbaijan, MP, President of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, UNESCO and ISESCO Goodwill Ambassador Mehriban Aliyeva met the Ambassador of the United States to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza on March 4th. The meeting was held at the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Welcoming the U.S. Ambassador, Ms Mehriban Aliyeva emphasized high level of relations between Azerbaijan and the United States. Then First Lady of Azerbaijan briefed the guest on different social, economic and cultural projects funded by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
Mr Matthew Bryza emphasized he highly values the Heydar Aliyev Foundation`s activity. The parties praised the successful development of bilateral relations between Azerbaijan and the United States in various fields.
