So far, the employees were given more than 11610 electronic references through the electronic service "A reference on the place of business" commissioned by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in the beginning of December of last year.
   According to the Decree of the head of the state dated February 3, 2014, the implementation of an electronic information system on notifications of labour contract by the MLSPP, from July 1 of last year, formed the basis for detailed information related to labour contracts, employee and employers who are the parties of them. "A reference on the place of business" electronic service created and given to the use on the basis of this information allows citizens to get e-reference on the workplace in order to submit the general purpose or any concrete organization, without applying to the employer, without spending the time and money (transportation costs) for it. It is also possible to obtain a reference on the place of business, by indicating salary or without indicating.
   The information about the employer depending on the type, His (her) contact number, the employee's personal data, the date of conclusion of the labour contract, as well as the, the validity period of reference and other information is also fully reflected in the electronic reference. At present, "A reference on the place of business" electronic service is on the list of the most commonly used e-services by the citizens through "E-government" portal. The number of use this service amounted to 28689 units, during December and January of last year.
