"Social protection and rehabilitation Program of the disabled and children with limited health for 2015" was approved with the relevant order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 
   The creation of conditions for specialized rehabilitation of the disabled and children with limited health in foreign countries, as well as, provision of assistance in the treatment within the country, sending to resort zones in order to organize their leisure is intended in the program, during the current year. At the same time, the implementation of cooperation and information exchange related to the application of international experience in the field of social protection and rehabilitation of the people from this layer, propaganda campaign to improve the care and attention for them is also reflected in the document. 
   The above mentioned program also intends to involve conducting IX National creative exhibition contest of people with disabilities, organization of sports events among the people of this layer and creation of conditions for their participation in international competitions, during the current year. The organization of campaign to promote the National heroes, financial and technical assistance for persons with disabilities and children with limited health on separate significant days and anniversaries, provision of technical assistance in social service institutions and other events also include in the program.
