In november of the current year, 4120 appeals entered in 142- "Call Center" of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan that, decreased 25.9 percent compared with the previous month. 
   87.7percent of appeals were in the form of survey.  The number of entered appeals in the form of survey decreased 29.1 percent compared with the previous month (3615 appeals). These appeals were related to use of electronic services, registration of notification of labour contract in the electronic information system, targeted social assistance and the determining of getting social benefits right, explanation of the labor legislation, examination of disability, documents required for provision with car of persons with disabilities and other issues.
   The suggestions contained in appeals mainly belong to the registration of notification of labour contract in the electronic information system and were registered for consideration.
   Last month, 1678 - appeals entered in "Call Centre" have been associated with social welfare, 266 with disability and rehabilitation, 197 with provision of employment, involvement in vocational training, 1575 with application of labour legislation, labour rights issues and 404 with electronic services. Compared with the previous month, the number of applications in the field of employment issues decreased 27%, labour legislation and labour rights issues decreased 53.4% and disability and rehabilitation issues decreased 12.7%.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population of the Republic of Azerbaijan
