President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan signed an Executive Order on extra measures to promote socio-economic development of the country`s Gusar region.
Under the Order, with a view of continuation of construction of the strategically important 22-kilometer Hazra-Zuhul highway connecting seven settlements, from the state capital investments of the state budget of the Azerbaijan Republic for 2011, shall be allocated AZM 4 million to the Gusar Executive Power.
