On November 22nd President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev inspected the administrative building of the Sabail Executive Authorities after major overhaul.
Head of the Sabail Executive Authorities Asif Asgarov informed the Head of State on the reconstruction work.
The Head of State was told that the building was completely reconstructed. The facility housed offices of regional parties and executive committees during the USSR period.
A new storey was added to the building after the reconstruction work, and the facility`s structure was strengthened with reinforced concrete installations. The overhaul also included the installation of state-of-the-art lightening and aeration systems.
The facility now also has a 200-seat assembly hall.
The Head of State was informed that the construction work is underway at an additional six-storey block of the building. A conference hall with the high technical potential was set up on the 2nd floor of the new block. Digital map database on Sabail district’s territory was created here.
President Ilham Aliyev also reviewed the project of a new gym to be built, which will cover a total area of 2,400 square meters.
