As part of his Guba visit, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has today inspected the construction works at the 5-star “Rixos Quba Azerbaijan” hotel in the Aski-Igrig village.
President Ilham Aliyev and his spouse Mehriban Aliyeva were informed that the construction area of the complex covers 75 hectares, while the total area is 202 hectares. The ropeway has been installed here, too. The hotel complex will include construction of the restaurants, a swimming pool, sports ground and other facilities.
The complex consists of 8-storey building and 16 cottages.
An artificial lake covering 27.3 square meters has been created, around of which there is a restaurant and helicopter ground. The complex will also include construction of ground for skiing and other facilities.
As stated, the hotel includes a mini-cinema, sports hall and other rooms, as well as tennis court, volleyball and football grounds.
The Head of State gave relevant instructions and recommendations.
