President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has attended the opening of the Excelsior Hotel Shamkir as part of his visit to Shamkir District.
The Head of State cut a ribbon symbolizing the opening of the hotel.
The hotel has 63 rooms, a restaurant, a pub, a meeting hall, a SPA, massage rooms, a Turkish bath, a sauna, a swimming pool, and a whine house.
The five-storey building of the facility occupies a total area of 9,000 square meters.
President Ilham Aliyev praised the conditions created at the hotel.
