Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev visited Flag Square and Museum in Saatli.
The Azerbaijani President was told that the Flag Square occupies a total area of two hectares. Construction of the square began this May. The flag flies on an 82m-high pole. The flag is 24m in length and 12m in width. There are four metal pedestals featuring the map and state emblem of Azerbaijan, as well as national leader Heydar Aliyev`s words about the country`s state independence, and the text of the National Anthem.
The President also toured the Flag Museum here.
