On November 26th President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan received Mr. Victor Tvircun, the Secretary General of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation organization. 
Mr. Tvircun expressed gratitude for support Azerbaijan rendered on his election as the BSEC Secretary General.
President of Azerbaijan wished him success in his responsible position.
In meeting, also discussed was the role of BSEC in expansion of relations among the member countries. The forthcoming Baku meeting and the agenda was estimated to be a strong stimulation in strengthening of cooperation within the organization.
