President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of "Araz" poultry factory as part of his visit to Imishli district.
The factory was established under the State Program on Socio-Economic Development of Regions.
The total cost of the facility, which covers 24 hectares, is 7.3 million manats.
The President was informed that the reconstruction of the facility started in 2010 and ended in October, 2012.
The factory houses seven poultry farms, which are provided with equipment of Turkish Altuntas company.
The facility created 80 jobs.
