President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev opened the Heydar Aliyev Center in Beylagan region.
The Head of State cut the ribbon symbolizing the opening of the Center.
The President was told that the Center includes photos, historical documents reflecting different stages of lifetime and activity of the national leader, his meetings in foreign countries and regions of the country.
The Center has a conference-hall, language laboratory, photo studio, library, carpet-weaving, drawing circles.
The Center also includes library, Internet café, language laboratory, photo studio, exhibition hall and virtual rooms.
President Ilham Aliyev familiarized himself with conditions created in the Heydar Aliyev Center.
Then a conference took place at the Heydar Aliyev Center`s hall with participation of President Ilham Aliyev. The Head of State delivered speech at the conference.
