On October 7th President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev cut the ribbon to officially open Heroes` Park in Barda. 
The Head of State was informed that the park occupied a total area of 4.5 ha. The construction of the park began in last September and finished in August this year.
A Mother`s monument was erected in the park. The president laid flowers at the monument.
The Head of State praised conditions created in the park.
