President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended a groundbreaking ceremony of hotel complex in Heydar Aliyev Avenue here as part of his visit to southern region.
The Head of State first viewed stands reflecting the layout of the hotel complex.
The 4,7 ha complex will feature not only 7-storied building with 114 rooms, but also 22 cottages, of which 5 are VIP.
The complex will house a disco club, children entertainment complex, 40-seat parking, a café, 300-seat conference hall, pool, park, sport sites and other facilities.
Head of State released the metallic capsule into the basement and put into motion concrete pouring machine.
