President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Chairman of the RF State Duma Committee for CIS Affairs and Compatriots Leonid Slutsky.

Leonid Slutsky noted that political, economic and cultural relations between the two countries successfully develop and estimated this cooperation as a good sample of cooperation within the Commonwealth.

The Head of the Azerbaijani State expressed pleasure with the existing level of development of bilateral relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation, emphasizing hope for further expansion of this cooperation.
