Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev inaugurated Agstafa Agro-service LLC.
President Ilham Aliyev was told that, Agstafa Agro-service LLC operations would create opportunities to increase productivity, efficient use of soil resources. The facility will offer seed, fertilizer and chemical preparation which will provide qualitative and high productivity.
An administrative section of the Company has a photo gallery reflecting national leader Heydar Aliyev`s and President Ilham Aliyev`s visits to Agstafa region. The section has two canteens, conference hall, and laboratory.
The construction of the LLC which covers total area of one hectare has started in June, 2010.
The Head of State got acquainted with warehouse of the facility.
President Ilham Aliyev also viewed pricing table reflecting structure, services and agro-technical activities of the Company. The facility employs 30 people and has capacity to render services not only in Agstafa, but also in Gazakh and Tovuz regions.
The Head of State was informed on the Company`s grain warehouse, grain processing and flour production section which will be established in the future. An agro laboratory, three grain depositories with capacity of 30000 tonnes, and three seed depositories with capacity of 6000 tonnes are planned to build here. A bread and confectionery plant is also planned to be constructed here. 28 people will be employed in the facility. 25 percent of the project is financed by Azerbaijan Investment Company, 75 percent by RAO Global Group.
Then, President Ilham Aliyev familiarized himself with the project of Agstafa Milk Open Joint Stock Company which would be built in Boyuk Kasik settlement. The aim of the project is to establish dairy complex which will include feed, cattle-breeding and milk plants.
The Head of State got acquainted with the planting aggregate Compact-Solitair 9.
President Ilham Aliyev was informed on three wheat and a barley seed which are produced only by this facility in the country.
The Head of State viewed Agstafa Milk Open Joint Stock Company`s model, and was told that the facility will employ 114 people.
The project is planned to be realized in three stages. The first phase has already been completed. The second stage will start in August.
