President Ilham Aliyev inspected the construction progress in the complex of buildings of the Salyan local authorities and the Heydar Aliyev Center on Tuesday.
The Head of State viewed the layout of the complex.
President Ilham Aliyev was also informed that the construction of the complex started in December 2011.
A monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev will be erected in front of the 3-storied buildings.
The Center will feature photo stands reflecting life and activity of Heydar Aliyev, his visits to Salyan, documents and materials belonging to him, letters, orders and resolutions signed by him.
Books and other printed materials on the national leader will be kept in the Heydar Aliyev Center`s library.
The building for Salyan local authorities will have 78 rooms.
The President gave certain instructions to carry out high-level construction work.
