President Ilham Aliyev opened the Flag Square in the country`s Ganja region.
The Head of State was informed that construction of the Flag Square is one of the important projects being implemented in Ganja city. The length of the tricolor flag installed at a height of one hundred meters is 50 m, the width - 25 m, while the height of the pedestal is 4 meters. Azerbaijan`s state anthem and emblem were reflected on the marble plaque of the square. The improvement work was carried out around the square.
President Ilham Aliyev raised the National Flag.
The Head of State praised the works and gave relevant instructions.
