President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev attended a groundbreaking ceremony of the carbamide production plant in Sumgait.
The Head of State viewed the photo stands reflecting scheme, technical parameters and future look of the plant.
President of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan Rovnag Abdullayev informed the President on the construction of the plant with total area of 24 hectares to complete in 2014.
The daily capacity of the facility will make up 1200 tones of ammoniac and 2000 tones of carbamide.
The facility will employ 500 people.
The Head of State gave relevant instructions and recommendations.
