President Ilham Aliyev got familiar with the building of the Sabit Rahman State Dramatic Theater here as part of his regional tour. 
Culture and Tourism Minister Abulfas Garayev briefed the Head of State that the building was originally designed as the culture palace of silkworm breeders and later given to the theater.
The building is planned to be overhauled in line with President Ilham Aliyev`s instructions.
The Head of State gave his recommendations to carry out high quality rebuilding work here.
