President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev inaugurated the Guba-Gechresh-Gimilgazma motor highway after reconstruction.
The Head of State was informed that the road, which is 22 km in length and 7 meters in width, runs through settlements with the population of more than 25 thousand people.
The Azerbaijani leader talked to local residents. Congratulating them on the opening of the road, the President said it would facilitate movement of the population and stressed its significance for development of Guba. He said the Azerbaijani government attaches special importance to rehabilitation and reconstruction of roads in rural areas.
