Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev cut a ribbon to officially open the redeveloped Children`s Creativity Center in Shabran.
The reconstruction of the two-storied Center started in 2010.
The President viewed the Center`s library, which features more than 5,000 books including 500 on children`s literature. The Center now has nearly 2,000 readers.
The Center has a modern reading hall and E-library, which contains nearly 35,000 books.
The President praised redevelopment of the Center.
