On July 26th President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received Romanian ambassador Nicolae Ureche.
The Head of State highly praised the ambassador`s activity towards establishing strong partnership relations between Azerbaijan and Romania. President Ilham Aliyev noted reciprocal visits by the Heads of State intensified during the ambassador`s tenure.
The Azerbaijani leader awarded the Romanian ambassador with a "Dostlug" (Friendship) order for his contributions to strengthening cooperation between the two countries.
Ureche underlined he is honored to receive the Dostlug order. The ambassador expressed his confidence in further expansion of ties between two countries, and thanked President Aliyev for honoring him with Azerbaijan`s high award.
