President Ilham Aliyev got acquainted with Gasimbeyli village school in Sabirabad region after major overhaul and refurbishment.
The President met local residents, who welcomed the Head of State warmly.

The President toured the school. Here, President Ilham Aliyev was told the building was reconstructed over a short period. All conditions have been created in the school catering for 640 children and classrooms have been provided with all necessary equipments. One of the unique features of the school is its heating system. The school has also up-to-date sport hall, supplied with all facilities.
The Azerbaijani President also was informed that several necessary measures were underway to strengthen material-technical base of the region`s education system. Construction of secondary school catering for 240 children is underway in Yukhary-Akhtachi village.
The Head of State expressed satisfaction with the work done here.
