President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan received Mr. Konchiro Matsuura, the UNESCO former Director-General on Thursday.
Noting importance of the World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue, head of the Azerbaijan State said Baku has already become a center of internationally important actions. President Aliyev reminded his meetings with Mr. Konchiro Matsuura and joint celebration of Novruz holiday in Baku, stressing his participation in the Forum was significant.
Expressing gratitude for invitation to the World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue, Konchiro Matsuura noted importance of the Forum in expansion of inter-civilization cooperation. Mr. Matsuura also reminded the Novruz celebrations in Baku which left deep impressions on him.
