President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received head of the election observation mission of the European Conservatives and Reformists Group at the European Parliament Kosma Zlotowski.

Head of the election observation mission of the European Conservatives and Reformists Group Kosma Zlotowski congratulated President Ilham Aliyev on his victory in the election. He said that they visited several polling stations, and hailed the excellent organization of the election.

The head of state noted that all conditions were created to hold the election in compliance with international standards and to ensure that observers freely monitor the voting.
