President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received former President of the Republic of Latvia Valdis Zatlers.

The sides noted that the Global Baku Forum, which was organized by the Nizami Ganjavi International Center, had become a good tradition, underlining the yearly growing interest in the event. It was noted that the scope of the issues discussed at the forum was gradually expanding and drawing more attention thanks to its topicality. They emphasized that the event created good opportunities for broader cooperation.
