On October 28th President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev was given an official welcome to Ukraine in front of the Presidential Administration`s building.
A guard of honor was lined up for the Azerbaijani President at the square decorated with the national flags of Azerbaijan and Ukraine.
The two presidents inspected a ceremonial guard of honor as an orchestra played the national anthems of Azerbaijan and Ukraine.
Ukrainian state and government officials were introduced to President Ilham Aliyev, while members of the Azerbaijani delegation to President Viktor Yanukovych.
The presidents then posed for photographs.
