President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of congratulations to Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah on the country`s public holiday.
In his letter, the Head of State noted he believes development of the Azerbaijan-Kuwait ties, friendly and cooperative relations would continue to serve the interests of the two countries` peoples.
President Ilham Aliyev wished Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah robust health, successes in his work, and “the friendly people of Kuwait welfare and prosperity”.
