Your Excellency,
May I congratulate you most sincerely on the National Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan – the Republic Day.
I am glad that the bilateral mutually advantageous relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic have been developing dynamically. I want to assure you that I as a newly elected President want to work on their further development in all areas of our mutual interest.
I also want to assure you that I highly esteem and respect the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijani nation.
The Czech Republic remains to be a close friend of the Republic of Azerbaijan and is also prepared to contribute to the development and strengthening of the relations between the European Union and Azerbaijan and the NATO and Azerbaijan.
