We have been shocked to hear the news of cruel terror acts, which happened in the south-east of your country killing and injuring people.
We resolutely condemn terrorism, which has become a terrible phenomenon facing mankind, and extend every support for the fight against it.
I share your grief, and on behalf of my own and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, offer our most sincere sympathies to you, families and the loved ones of those who died, as well as the brotherly people of Turkey, and wish the injured recovery.

May Allah rest the souls of those who died in peace!
