President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory message to Chairman of the State Council and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Cuba Raul Castro Ruz on the country`s public holiday - Triumph of the Revolution.
The President expresses confidence in the letter that friendly and cooperative relations between Azerbaijan and Cuba will develop and expand in accordance with interests of the two countries` peoples.
