The Azerbaijani-Romanian relations have risen to the level of strategic partnership. The development of bilateral relations is accompanied by a continuous strengthening of the multifaceted ties of friendship and the ever-expanding scope of our cooperation.
I am sure that by consistently continuing the initiatives we have successfully implemented on a bilateral basis within the framework of our economic cooperation, we will continue to make important contribution to the implementation of regional energy projects.
