President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a congratulatory letter to Almazbek Atambayev on his election as President of Kyrgyzstan.
"Historical traditions of friendly and cooperative relations between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan will continue to exist and strengthen in accordance with the unanimous will of the two countries` peoples," the Head of State said in his letter.
President Ilham Aliyev wished Almazbek Atambayev robust health, happiness and successes in his activities for the prosperity of friendly people of Kyrgyzstan.
