I was deeply shocked at hearing the news on many human losses and devastations as a result of the terrible earthquake happened in your country.
On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deepest condolences to You, families and relatives of the victims and to the fraternal people of Turkey over this tragedy, and wish the injured and wounded a rapid recovery.
