We have been deeply saddened by the news of numerous casualties in the wake of acts of terror in the south-east of your country.
We vigorously condemn terrorism, which has turned into a horrendous disaster for mankind, and provide all possible support in fighting it. This terrible event further confirms the need for a collective fight against terrorism.
I would like to share in your grief over the tragedy and express condolences to you, families and next of kin of those killed and the brotherly people of Turkey on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, and wish a speedy recovery to those wounded.
