Azerbaijan`s President Ilham Aliyev sent congratulatory letter to Tony Tan Keng Yam, as he won presidential election in Singapore.
"I am hopeful that Azerbaijani-Singaporean relations of friendship and cooperation will permanently develop in accordance with the interests of our peoples.
