President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of condolence to his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko.
The letter says: I was deeply shocked at hearing the news on many human losses as a result of the terrorist attack in the metro system of the capital Minsk. We strongly condemn terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I express my sincere condolences to You, relatives and friends of the killed, all the people of Belarus. I wish speediest recovery to the wounded.
