His Excellency Mr Ilham Aliyev, President of the Republic of Azerbaijan

On behalf of the government and the people of Kenya and on my own behalf, I wish to convey to Your Excellency and through you to the government and people of the Republic of Azerbaijan our warm congratulations on the occasion of your country’s Republic Day on 28th May, 2017.

On this auspicious occasion, I wish to recognize the warm and cordial relations that exist between our two countries, I appreciate the efforts of collaborations made in pursuit of deeper bilateral engagement with particular reference to education, trade and economic cooperation.

It is my desire that our two countries will work closely together for the mutual benefit of our peoples.

As we join you in celebrating the momentous occasion, Your Excellency, I take the opportunity to express best wishes for your good health, long life and prosperity for the people of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
