The prominent Russian scientist, academician of Russian Academy of Sciences, head of Russian scientific center "Kurchatovsky institute" Yevgeny Velikhov praised the attitude of Azerbaijan`s leadership to development of science. 
On results of Baku International Humanitarian Forum, Yevgeny Velikhov said he was impressed by such grandiose event. I was first impressed by attitude of the leadership of Azerbaijan to science - as a basis of civilization, development and prosperity. It was demonstrated by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Azerbaijani scientists at the forum, said Mr. Velikhov.
The forum was very interesting and allowed to solve problems in the humanitarian and technical sciences. I was impressed by the round-table meeting on the convergence. Russian and Azerbaijani participants made interesting reports. The forum was international and attracted popular scientists throughout the world.
"The Baku city is beautiful. I often visit Baku and we cooperate in the fields of energy, oil and gas. I like the architecture of Baku, with its classical and traditional styles".
"I praise Russian-Azerbaijani relations. We are very big partners in politics and economy. The good relations were established between the two states, two Presidents and Prime-minister of Russia. We have deep relations".
"President Ilham Aliyev feels new innovation trends in the world: creation of the newest technologies and attraction of youth to these processes. Ilham Aliyev`s speech at the forum was excellent and directly addressed the world. And the main is care for young people, their education, and upbringing - spiritual, cultural and scientific", said one of the eminent Russian scientists Yevgeny Velikhov.
